Interpretation of the provisions of the criminal and procedural code and other relevant laws in the criminal field;
Specific topics for the roundtable are determined in advance based on the issues arising from judicial practice and in particular the innovations of the new codes, penal policies and other topics of interest in terms of equal treatment.

Objectives :

The main objective of this roundtable is the role of the Court of Appeal in unifying judicial practice in terms of substantive and procedural law in criminal cases within the Court of Appeal, taking into account the fact that the Court of Appeal as a second instance also has the role of harmonizing and unifying judicial practice.
