Stages of Criminal Procedure - Indictment, Trial Hearing, and Reasoning

On June 10, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field with the topic: “Stages of Criminal Procedure - Indictment, Trial Hearing, and Reasoning.”

The trainer engaged in activity is Mr. Sulltan Dobraj, judge at the Basic Court.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants’ knowledge regarding the stages of criminal procedure, the indictment, the trial hearing, and the reasoning of the judgment according to the Criminal Procedure Code No. 08/L-032.

The methodology applied was of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from the courts and prosecution offices.
