Stages of Criminal Procedure – The Indictment, Judicial Review and Reasoning

On July 07, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic “Stages of Criminal Procedure – The Indictment, Judicial Review and Reasoning”.

The trainers engaged in this activity are:

• Mr. Sultan Dobraj, Judge at the Basic Court in Gjakova
• Mr. Atdhe Dema, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office.

The purpose of this training is to advance participants’ knowledge regarding the stages of criminal procedure, focusing on the indictment, judicial review, and reasoning of the verdict in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code No. 08/L-032.

The methodology applied is of a combined nature, consisting of theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from Courts and Prosecutors’ Offices across all regions of Kosovo.
