Stages of Criminal Procedure, Indictment, Judicial Review, and Reasoning

On September 28, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training session from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field, on the topic: “Stages of Criminal Procedure, Indictment, Judicial Review, and Reasoning of the Judgment.” The trainers engaged in this session are: Mr. Sulltan Dobraj, Judge at the Basic Court, and Mr. Atdhe Dema, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office. The purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge regarding the stages of criminal procedure, the indictment, judicial review, and the reasoning of the judgment in accordance with Criminal Procedure Code No. 08/L-032. Training Methodology: A combination of theoretical explanation and interactive discussions. Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates and legal officers from Courts and Prosecution Offices across all regions of Kosovo.
