Stages of criminal procedure – the indictment, judicial review and reasoning of the court decision

On February 24, 2025, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic Stages of criminal procedure - the indictment, judicial review and reasoning of the court decision.

The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Sulltan Dobraj, judge at the Basic Court in Gjakova and Mr. Atdhe Dema, prosecutor at the SPRK.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding the Stages of criminal procedure, the indictment, judicial review and reasoning of the judgment according to Code No. 08/L-032 of the Criminal Procedure. The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training are Professional associates and legal officers from the Courts and Prosecution Offices, and officers from the Free Legal Aid Agency, as well as officers from NGOs
