Obtaining ownership based on acquisitive prescription and construction basis

May 2-3 2024, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the workshop on Obtaining ownership based on acquisitive prescription and construction basis.

Panelists in this roundtable are two judges of the Supreme Court - judge Rrustem Thaqi and judge Zenel Leku.

The roundtable focuses on addressing the challenges of the judicial practice related to implementation of the material provisions in the area of property rights.

The roundtable provided interactive discussions, presentation of issues through cases, discussion of the cases, as well as summary of the conclusions on the discussed matters.

Beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court and judges of Basic Courts.
