Harmonization of the new amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code with the Juvenile Justice Code

On February 07, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, in cooperation with EULEX, is conducting the training on: "Harmonization of the new changes to the Code of Criminal Procedure with the Juvenile Justice Code".

Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor in Prizren and Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the change of the provisions, to expand their knowledge with the new provisions and the harmonization with the Juvenile Justice Code and the Criminal Procedure Code.

The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Judge and prosecutor.
