Drafting and reasoning of court decisions in the minor offense procedure

June 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice is conducting the training on the topic "Drafting and reasoning of court decisions in minor offence proceedings".

The trainer engaged in this activity is: Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Court of Appeal.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding the drafting and reasoning of court decisions in minor offence proceedings.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges from Basic Courts from all regions of the Republic of Kosovo.
