Investigating and Addressing Cases of Labor Rights Violations
On February 24–25, 2026, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with the EU Labor Rights for All Project, implemented by the ATRC and within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is organizing a training on the topic: “Investigating and Addressing Cases of Labor Rights Violations.”
Trainers in this activity are Mr. Admir Shala, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor’s Office, and Mr. Naim Abazi, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor’s Office.
Purpose of this training is designed to strengthen the capacities of prosecutors and inspectors in the effective investigation and prosecution of labor rights violations ensuring alignment with local legislation and European standards. The training also aims to enhance inter-institutional cooperation and improve access to justice for workers through best investigative practices.
The training program methodology is combining theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, and presentation of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are prosecutors from the Appellate Prosecution Office, prosecutors from the basic prosecution offices of Kosovo, representatives of the Labor Inspectorate and representatives of the Kosovo Police Inspectorate.
