Research, writing and legal reasoning in the commercial field

On March 07-08, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the USAID Commercial Law Program, within the Continuous Training Program are conducting the training on Research, writing and legal reasoning in the commercial field.

Engaged trainer is: Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants’ knowledge and their professional capacities related to legal research, judicial examination and drafting of judicial decisions in the commercial field.

The training methodology is a theoretical presentation and practical discussion about the methods of legal analysis in concrete cases, presentation of commercial cases and discussions on the way of the supposed meritorious decision for concrete cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates from the Commercial Court.
