Practical implications of the Law on Business Organizations

During May 12-13 2025, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on “Practical implications of the Law on Business Organizations”.

Trainer engaged for this activity is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on handling the corporate governance, structures of the shareholder’s capital and the corporate unification, division and turnover.

The training methodology is combination of lectures, exercises and discussions based on concrete cases from the court practice.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates from the Commercial Court.
