Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of Prosecutors

On September 7, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Training on the topic "Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of Prosecutors".

The trainer engaged in this training is: Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Prosecution Council of Kosovo.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of participants with the basic principles of the professional ethics of prosecutors, the legal basis, the disciplinary procedure for prosecutors, the obligations of the competent authority and the Prosecutorial Council in disciplinary procedures.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Prosecutors and judges from Basic instance.
