Damage Compensation – the Lost Profit (Rent)

On February 28, 2024, the Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program, is conducting a roundtable on the Damage Compensation - Lost Profit (Rent).

Engaged panelists are: Mr. Arsim Hamzaj, Judge at the Appeals Court, and Mr. Kujtim Pasuli, Judge at the Appeals Court.

The purpose of this roundtable is to extend the participants knowledge on the aforementioned procedure related to Compensation of damage – the lost profit (rent).

The roundtable is delivered in form of interactive discussions, presentation of issues through cases, discussion of cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed issues.

Beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges from the Appeals Court and judges from the Basic Courts.
