Internal and external communication

March 19 2025, the Justice Academy within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on Internal and external Communication.

Trainers engaged in this activity is Mrs. Anita Kosumi, expert.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on effective communication, which is crucial for employees of courts and prosecution offices, impacting on their work efficiency and the quality of the services provided for the public.

The training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting the practical cases.

Beneficiaries are administrative staff from the court and prosecution offices.
