Labor Disputes - Law on Civil Servants

May 27, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on Labor Disputes - Law on Civil Servants.

The trainers engaged in this activity are Ms. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo, and Mr. Lulzim Aliaj, expert in the Administrative field.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge about the procedure that is developed, and judicial protection in disputes from the employment relationship with a focus on civil servants of the Republic of Kosovo.

The training methodology is combined through the interactive discussions method of and elaboration of cases, as well as group work by presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges from Basic Courts from all regions of Kosovo.
