Labor Disputes under the Law on Public Officials
On May 13, 2026, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with the Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS), is conducting a training on the topic “Labor Disputes under the Law on Public Officials.” The training is supported by the Center for Strategic Litigation (CSL) within the framework of the “Human Rightivism” project, funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Pristina and implemented by the Community Development Fund (CDF).
The trainers engaged in this program are Ms. Delushe Halimi and Mr. Faton Ademi, judges at the Supreme Court of Kosovo.
The purpose of the training is to enhance participants’ knowledge of the legal provisions governing civil servants, the procedures applied, and the judicial protection available in disputes arising from employment relationships, with a particular focus on civil servants of the Republic of Kosovo.
The training methodology combines lectures, interactive discussions, critical analysis of legal provisions, and case studies from judicial practice.
Beneficiaries of this training include judges from the basic courts across all regions, officials from the Police Inspectorate (KPI), and officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs – Division for the Management of Public Officials (DMPO).
