The Loan Contract

June 11, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on the Loan Contract.

The trainer engaged in this activity is: Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge in handling issues related to contracted interest and late interest and its regulation according to the new Law on Obligations; termination of the contract by the lender and the borrower; and consequences of termination of the contract.

The training methodology is combined through lectures, exercises and discussions as well as through concrete cases from judicial practice.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates from the Commercial Court.
