Curriculum: Criminal Procedure Code

October 21 and 25, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the 12th generation, conducted theoretical training from the module: Witnesses and injured parties, held in 2 training sessions. This module was realized with the support of trainers Mr. Valon Kurtaj judge at the Basic Court in Pristina – Special Department.

This module elaborated on the following: The injured parties – general overview, the understanding of the witness in general, the understanding of the cooperating witness.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the initial program are 31 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community.
