Types and Execution of Decisions under the Law on Administrative Conflicts

On March 3, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program and in cooperation with the GIZ project, is conducting a training session on the topic “Types and Execution of Decisions under the Law on Administrative Conflicts.”

The trainers are Ms. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Supreme Court, and Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

The purpose of this training is to enhance participants’ knowledge of the legal provisions in the new Law on Administrative Conflicts, particularly regarding the rendering and announcement of decisions.

The methodology combines theoretical explanations with interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training include judges, officials from the FLAA, and representatives of NGOs.
