Obligatory and material relations with foreign element and international legal cooperation in civil matters

On May 28-29, 2025, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the Balkan Enforcement Strengthening Project - BESP, within the Continuous Training Program are conducting the training "Obligation and material relations with foreign element and international legal cooperation in civil matters".

Trainers engaged in this activity are Ms. Donikë Qerimi, Professor at the Department of International Law, University of Prishtina, and Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, judge at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of participants on innovations in the field of private law in Kosovo with a focus on obligatory and material relations.

The training methodology is combined with interactive discussions method and elaboration of practical cases.

The beneficiaries of this training are: judges from Basic Courts and professional associates.
