Judicial Protection in cases of Anti-Discrimination Law

On April 08, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training on: “Judicial Protection in Cases of Anti-Discrimination Law”.

Trainers engaged in this training are: Ms. Shpresa Emra, President of the Basic Court in Prizren and Mr. Islam Sllamniku, Permanent Judicial Trainer at the Academy of Justice.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of participants in handling and addressing the challenges of judicial practice related to the implementation of material and procedural provisions from the field of legislation in force against discrimination.

The training methodology is combined through the interactive method of discussion and elaboration of cases, group work by presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: judges from Basic Courts from all regions of Kosovo.
