Judicial Protection in Labor Disputes, According to the Labor Law

On March 18, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the Judicial Protection in Labor Disputes, according to the Labor Law. The trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Faton Ademi, judge from the Court of Appeals.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge about handling and addressing the challenges of judicial practice regarding the implementation of the material and procedural provisions in the area of labor law.

The training methodology is combined with interactive discussions method and elaboration of cases, work in groups through presentation of practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges from Basic Courts from all regions of Kosovo.
