Judicial Protection in Labor Disputes under the Labor Law

On March 31, 2026, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with the Advocacy Training and Resource Center (ATRC) and within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, will host a roundtable discussion on “Judicial Protection in Labor Disputes under the Labor Law.”

The panel will feature Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, Judge of the Supreme Court, and Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge of the Supreme Court.

The roundtable aims to explore the challenges faced in judicial practice regarding the application of substantive and procedural provisions in labor law. It also seeks to enhance participants’ understanding of disputes arising from employment relationships, with reference to both domestic and international legislation.

The session will employ a combination of explanatory methods and interactive discussion. Case studies will be presented, analyzed, and debated, followed by a synthesis of conclusions to ensure the objectives of the roundtable are fully met.

The primary beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges of the Basic Courts.
