Judicial protection in defamation and insult cases

On May 07, 2026, the Academy of Justice under its Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic: “Judicial protection in defamation and insult cases”.

The trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Albert Zogaj, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Faton Ademi, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The purpose of this training is to advance professional knowledge in the judicial treatment of defamation and insult cases, with a focus on international standards, the practice of the European Court of Human Rights and improving the quality of judgments.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

The beneficiaries are judges from the basic instance.
