The case and file management in the prosecutorial system

June 3rd 2025, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on The case and file management in the prosecutorial system.

Trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Valdet Gashi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of Kosovo.

Purpose of this training is to develop the participant’s knowledge and to equip initially with the skills to identify the case management issues, and then to develop and implement a case flow management plan.

Training methodology is a combination of power point presentation, work in groups and use of practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are the administrative staff of the prosecutorial system.
