Work Management in the Administration of the Judicial System

On February 18, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of its Continuous Training Program, will hold a training session on “Work Management in the Administration of the Judicial System.”

The session will be led by Mr. Ramush Bardiqi, Judge at the Commercial Court.

The training aims to strengthen participants’ knowledge in management and leadership, planning, decision-making, and daily operations. It will particularly focus on enhancing the efficiency and accountability of administrative staff.

The program combines theoretical explanations with interactive discussions and practical case studies, ensuring participants can apply concepts directly to real-world scenarios.

Beneficiaries of the training are Court Administrators and Assistant Court Administrators.
