Legal remedies and special procedures

December 13 2024, the Justice Academy within its Continuous Training Program is conducting the Training from the Basic Module for Professional Associates and Legal Officers, in the criminal law area on the Legal Remedies and special procedures.

Trainers engaged for this activity is to extend the participants knowledge on the criminal procedure that involves perpetrators with mental disorders; the Order for psychiatric examination; Detention; Measures for mandatory treatment; Court decisions; and the Legal remedies.

The applied methodology was of a combined nature involving theoretical presentations and interactive discussions.
