Legal Remedies and Special Procedures

On 03.08.2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic “Legal Remedies and Special Procedures”.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Skender Çoçaj, judge at the Court of Appeals, and Mr. Valdet Gashi, prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge regarding the Criminal Procedure, which includes perpetrators with mental disorders, the order for psychiatric examination, detention, mandatory treatment measures and judicial decisions.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional Associates and Legal Officers from the KJC, Courts and Prosecutors' Offices from all Regions of Kosovo.
