Legal Remedies and Special Procedures

On September 30, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training session from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field, on the topic: “Legal Remedies and Special Procedures.” The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeals, and Mr. Valdet Gashi, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office. The purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge regarding criminal procedures involving perpetrators with mental disorders, psychiatric examination orders, detention, mandatory treatment measures, and judicial decisions. Training Methodology: A combined approach featuring theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from Courts and Prosecution Offices across all regions of Kosovo
