Legal Remedies and Special Procedures

On May 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice is conducting the training for professional associates on the topic "Legal remedies and Special Procedures".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Atdhe Dema, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office in the Republic of Kosovo, and Mr. Avni Mehmeti, judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica.

The purpose of this training is to extend the knowledge of the participants regarding legal remedies.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates from all courts and prosecutor's offices in Kosovo.
