Module: Juvenile Justice Code – Session II

Topic: Diversion measures

Trainer: Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica.

Module: Criminal Code – Special Part – Session IX

Topic: Criminal offenses against the general safety of people and property

Trainer: Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

The beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges of the XV generation, 2026/2027.
