Module 1 – Introduction to the judicial system, Integrity and ethical conduct, and the Rights and obligations of the judicial system administration employees

September 22 2025, Academy of Justice under its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training from the first module on “Introduction to the judicial system, Integrity and ethical conduct, and the Rights and obligations of the judicial system administration employees (The MTF01 Code)”.

Trainers engaged in this activity are: prof. assoc. Dr. Vilard Bytyqi, Ms. Aishe Qorraj-Berisha, Head of the Public Communication Division KJCS, Mr. Astrit Hoti Director of the Legal Office KJC.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the Principles and ethical conduct, as well as acquainting the participants with basic knowledge about of functioning and responsibilities of the judicial system in the Republic of Kosovo.

The applied methodology is combination of theoretical presentations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are administrative staff from Courts and the KJC.
