Module 1 – Introduction to the Judicial System, Integrity and Ethical Conduct, and the Rights and Obligations of Judicial Administration Employees

On October 13, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting training from the first module titled “Introduction to the Judicial System, Integrity and Ethical Conduct, and the Rights and Obligations of Judicial Administration Employees.”

The trainers engaged in this activity are Prof. Assoc. Dr. Vilard Bytyqi, Ms. Aishe Qorraj-Berisha, Head of the Public Communication Division at the KJCS, and Mr. Astrit Hoti, Director of the Legal Office at the KJC.

The purpose of this training is to enhance participants’ knowledge regarding the principles and norms of ethical conduct, as well as to equip them with fundamental understanding of the organization, functioning, and responsibilities of the judicial system in the Republic of Kosovo.

The training methodology is of a combined nature, including theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are administrative staff from the courts and administrative staff from the KJC.
