Module 1 Introduction to the Judicial System, Integrity and Ethical Conduct, and Rights and Obligations of Employees in the Judicial System Administration

On November 03, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic "Module 1 Introduction to the Judicial System, Integrity and Ethical Conduct and Rights and Obligations of Employees in the Administration of the Judicial System".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Prof. Assoc. Dr. Vilard Bytyqi, Ms. Aishe Qorraj-Berisha, Head of the Public Communication Division, KJCS, Mr. Astrit Hoti, Director of the Legal Office at KJC.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of participants regarding the Principles and norms of ethical conduct, as well as to provide participants with basic knowledge on the organization, functioning and responsibilities of the judicial system in the Republic of Kosovo.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed staff of the judicial system administration.
