Module 1 - Introduction to the Judicial System, Integrity and Ethical Conduct and the Rights and Obligations of the Judicial System Administration Employees

On September 29, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within its Continuous Training Program, organized the first module training on “Introduction to the Judicial System, Integrity and Ethical Behavior, and the Rights and Obligations of Employees in the Administration of the Judicial System (CODE MTF01).”

The training was delivered by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Vilard Bytyqi, Ms. Aishe Qorraj-Berisha, Head of the Public Communication Division, and Mr. Astrit Hoti, Director of the Legal Office at the KJC.

The objective of this training was to enhance participants’ understanding of the principles and standards of ethical conduct, while also equipping them with essential knowledge on the organization, functioning, and responsibilities of the judicial system in the Republic of Kosovo.

The program was conducted through a blended methodology, combining theoretical presentations with interactive discussions.

Participants in this training included: Administrative staff from the courts; Administrative staff from the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC).
