Module 1 - Introduction to the Judicial System, Integrity and Ethical Conduct, and the Rights and Obligations of Employees in the Administration of the Judicial System (CODE MTF01)

On June 9, 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the 1st Module of the training on “Introduction to the Judicial System, Integrity and Ethical Conducts; and Rights and Obligations of Employees in the Administration of the Judicial System (CODE MTF01)”.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Assoc. Proff. Dr. Vilard Bytyqi, Ms. Aishe Qorraj-Berishaj and Mr. Shkëlzen Maliqi.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge regarding the Principles and norms of ethical conduct as well as to provide participants with basic knowledge on the organization, functioning and responsibilities of the judicial system in the Republic of Kosovo.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Administrative Staff from the Courts.
