
Module 2 – Office Administration/ Knowledge of Specific Job Duties and General Knowledge of Electronic Platforms of the Judicial System
On October 14, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, conducted the training from the Second Module on “Office Administration, Knowledge of Specific Job Duties and General Knowledge of Electronic Platforms of the Judicial System.”
The trainers engaged in this activity were Mr. Dule Gjocaj, Director of the Judicial Inspection Unit of the KJC; Ms. Valentina Shabani, Head of the Division for Administration of the Central Criminal Evidence Database; Mr. Ardian Berisha, Head of the Division for Applications of the KJC; Mr. Vehbi Behluli, Director of the Department for Budget and Finance; and Ms. Valentina Sopjani, Head of the Translation Office.
The purpose of this training was to enhance participants’ knowledge regarding the basic structure and scope of the judicial system, to extend their understanding of workplace responsibilities, rights and obligations, and to strengthen personal and professional ethics. Furthermore, the training aimed to improve participants’ skills in office administration, tactical and operational planning, communication, and time management, as well as to increase their familiarity with the electronic systems and platforms used within the judicial system.
The methodology applied was of a combined nature, including theoretical presentations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training were administrative staff from the courts and administrative staff from the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC).
