Module 2: Office Administration / Knowledge of Specific Job Duties and General Knowledge of Electronic Platforms of the Judicial System

On November 4, 2025, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, conducted the training from Module 2 on the topic “Office Administration/ Knowledge of Specific Job Duties and General Knowledge of Electronic Platforms of the Judicial System.”

Trainers engaged in this activity were Mr. Dulë Gjocaj, Director of the KJC Judicial Inspection Unit; Ms. Valentina Shabani, Head of the Division for Administration of the Central Criminal Evidence Database; Mr. Ardian Berisha, Head of the KJC Applications Division; Mr. Vehbi Behluli, Director of the Department for Budget and Finance; and Ms. Valentina Sopjani, Head of the Translation Office.

The purpose of this training was to enhance participants’ knowledge regarding the organizational scope of the judicial system, specific job duties, rights and obligations, personal and professional ethics, and office administration practices. The training also focused on developing tactical and operational planning, communication, and time management skills, as well as familiarizing participants with the electronic systems and platforms used within the judicial system.

The methodology applied was combined, consisting of theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training were the newly appointed staff of the judicial system administration.
