Module 3: Initial Training – Cybersecurity, Official Electronic Communication and Data Quality

On November 5, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, conducted the training on the topic “Module 3: Initial Training – Cybersecurity, Official Electronic Communication and Data Quality.”

Trainers engaged in this activity were Mrs. Kaltrina Bajraktari, Legal Expert in the SMIL Project; Mr. Fatmir Rexhepi, Director of the IT Department; and Ms. Valentina Shabani, Head of the Division for Administration of the Central Criminal Evidence Database.

The purpose of this training was to enhance participants’ knowledge regarding the organizational structure and functions of the judicial system, workplace duties and ethics, and the administration of office work. Additionally, the training focused on developing tactical and operational planning, communication, and time management skills, as well as increasing familiarity with electronic systems and platforms used within the judicial system, with a particular emphasis on cybersecurity and data quality.

The applied methodology was combined, consisting of theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training were the newly appointed staff of the judicial system administration.
