Module: Indictment review procedure; Session seven: Indictment with proposal for detention

On March 07, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module "Indictment review procedure", held by the trainer Mr. Valdet Gashi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office. This session is addressing the following: Appointment, continuation and termination of detention in the indictment, the content of the proposal for detention presented in the indictment. The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
