Module: Judgment and its types

During July 8-14 2025, Academy of Justice within its Initial training program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted three theoretical training sessions from the module on Judgment and its types, under the scope of the curriculum on the Criminal Procedure Code. This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This module addressed the following aspects: Judicial decisions in criminal proceedings; conviction; acquittal and rejection judgments.

The training methodology used an interactive discussions method based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
