Module: Judgments and types of judgment; Second session: Conviction judgment

On July 11, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, conducted the theoretical training from the module on "Judgment and its types" that is delivered by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is addressing the following topics: the conviction judgment, and the drafting of the conviction verdict structured with all the necessary elements.

The training methodology is using practical cases and interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
