Module: Judgment and its types; Sesssion one: Court decisions in criminal procedure

On July 10, 2024, Academy of Justice in the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, conducted the theoretical training from the module on "Judgment and its types" that is held by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is addressing the following: the hierarchy of judicial decisions in the criminal procedure: the order, the decision and the judgment and Article 36, the right to privacy.

The training methodology is use practical cases and interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
