Module: Reasoning of decisions on accusatory acts; First session: justification of accusatory acts

On February 27, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module "Justification of the decisions of accusatory acts", held by the trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

This session is addressing the following: the reasoning of the accusatory acts and provisions related to the reasoning of the prosecutor's acts. The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed state prosecutors 2023/2024.
