
Module: Reasoning of judicial decisions in civil matters
During February 20-25, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program for newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, conducted a four-session theoretical training from the module “Reasoning of judicial decisions in civil matters” within the scope of the curriculum “Personal and interdisciplinary skills”. This module was conducted with the support of the trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Judge at the Court of Appeals.
This module addressed the following: The process and principles of good writing (reasoning of judicial decisions in civil matters), writing and reasoning of judicial decisions in the civil field through the IRAC method, legal interpretation and reasoning, and the structure and content of the reasoning of the judgment.
The training methodology was developed using an interactive method and based on practical cases.
The beneficiaries of the training are 31 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
