
Module: Reasoning of Judicial Decisions in Criminal Matters
During July 15 - 18 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted four-session theoretical training from the module on Reasoning of Judicial Decisions in Criminal Matters, under the curriculum scope on Personal and Interdisciplinary Skills. This module was conducted by trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Supreme Court.
This module covered the following: Legal writing, principles; legal writing and methodology for using the IRAC formula; legal reasoning and methodology for drafting a criminal judgment.
The training methodology was developed using an interactive discussions method and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
