Module: Reasoning of court decisions in the criminal field; Second session: Principles of Legal Writing

On July 17, 2024, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, conducted the theoretical training from the module on "Reasoning of court decisions" that is delivered by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: the rules for legal reasoning and application of these rules in different situations and the principles of legal writing.

The training methodology is application of practical cases and the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
