Module: Reasoning of court decisions in the criminal field; First session - Legal writing
On July 16, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the module on "reasoning of court decisions" with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court.
During this session the following topics were addressed: the importance of legal writing, the characteristics of legal writing and the difference with traditional writing and legal norms that formalize the way of expressing opinions and arguments.
The training methodology is implementing practical cases and interactive discussions method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
