Module: Reasoning of court decisions in the criminal field; Third session: Legal Writing and Methodology of Using the IRAC Formula

On July 18, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the module "Reasoning of court decisions" with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: legal writing in the US which is characterized by the use of the IRAC method, through which legal issues are addressed, what IRAC represents, the identification of the Issue, Rule, Analysis, and Conclusion.

The training methodology is applying practical cases and the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
