Module: International Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters

During July 21, 22, and 28 2025, the Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program, for newly appointed prosecutors of the eleventh generation, conducted six theoretical training sessions from the module on International Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters, under the curriculum scope on National and International Legal Order.

This module was delivered by the trainer Ms. Ilirjana Qollaku - Tafa, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor's Office.

This module covers the following: Definition and importance of international cooperation in criminal matters; extradition and cooperation of Kosovo with international organizations in criminal area.

The training methodology used interactive discussions method and exercises through practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed prosecutors 2025/2026.
